£23,000 basic per annum, car allowance plus commission OTE £45,000

Docuflow provides organisations across the UK with their infrastructure for managed print solutions including hardware, (printers, photocopiers, scanners, and associated support agreements), document content management and workflow software, mail solutions, and digital transformation as organisations move from paper and manual processes.
We are recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Manager with the focus and skills to confidently identify and win new business. We require someone who has experience selling any of the following:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle with CRM and marketing tools available to identify potential new clients and opportunities. We have created this role due to continued expansion, and you will report to the Sales Director.

Role: Telephone Sales Specialist - Telesales
Based: Derby – office & remote working – flexible hours available
Salary: £18K per annum + commission £30k-£35k OTE, plus Personal & Career Development
Docuflow is a UK technology business. Established in 2012, we have grown year on year through organic growth since our foundation date. Our client base is spread across the United Kingdom and we provide print/scan/copy hardware, outsourced post, hybrid mail, software and workflow services and solutions from a selection of business partners. These include Ricoh, Sharp, Esker, DocuWare and infoRouter plus other brands. We not only provide our clients with their long-established technology requirements for print, scanning and mail, but we assist them with our software services and solutions on their digital transformation journey as they move away from print and paper-based processes to document, content management, automation, digital forms & workflows.
We are now looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated, in-side Telephone Sales Specialist to target, identify, market and schedule appointments for our range of services and solutions. This is a key role as we look to continue our growth. We will provide you with all the tools for success, including access to leading 3rd party marketing software, prospect profiling, CRM and information tools.
1.Confidently target businesses via telephone with a turnover in excess of £3m to identify new opportunities for our hardware and software solutions
2.Promote Docuflow’s offering to new clients to drive sales activity
3.Achieve sales targets set by the sales director
4.Ensure all details remain up to date for new and existing customers in the CRM, we use Salesforce
5.Collaboratively work with other team members and agree on a plan of action to promote our solutions to existing accounts
6.Build good relationships with prospective and existing customers using a confident and professional sales led approach
7.Schedule appointments for the Account Management team
What We Would Like From You
1.Previous Telesales experience with a history of making appointments
2.Familiar with telephone and in-side sales, demonstrable stability and success
3.Proficient with Microsoft Office, presenting using Teams or similar and experience using a CRM
4.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team
5.Able to work under own initiative and be self-motivated
6.Strong customer service skills and expert attention to detail
7.Willing to work to targets and company KPIs
8.Would like to progress
What We Can Offer You
£18,000 basic salary with commission on sales OTE £30,000 - £35,000 and a bonus for any appointments made
Docuflow offers a competitive salary package with the option to work pro-rata flexible hours to suit you. We adopt a hybrid way of working at Docuflow with some time spent in our modern city centre offices and the rest of the time working from home. We can offer full or part time hours and no weekends.
